Depending on the type of web system you need for your business, the exact time frame from start to completion can vary from 2-8 weeks. In general, the more information and images you provide for us, the quicker the process will be. Here is a general outline of what happens:

1. Initial consultation, wherein you decide what you need. We can advise you what may best suit your needs. We will then email you a quote, which then requires a deposit to be paid to begin work.

2.  You are then required to send us material that is to be included in the web design such as your logo in electronic (useable) format.

3. We will register your chosen domain name (pending availability) and set up required email addresses.

4. We will provide you with a preliminary design and/or store layout, and discuss any changes required.

5. Once approved, we will finalise design and CMS system.

6. Second invoice installment required to be paid.

7. You are then required to send us (in Word format) all written material to be included on the pages in the website. We can also enter up to 20 products (provided images and all information) for an e-commerce system.

8. We will then show you the final site for proofreading, and necessary training in using the CMS, uploading products and managing your store.

9. Website will be launched, and final invoice required to be paid.
